1. What We Collect

When you send a tip we collect the name you enter, your message, and the amount. Your email address is collected only if you opt in to receive a receipt, and it is never displayed publicly, never shown on stream, and never shared with anyone except our payment processor for receipt delivery. Creators provide account details (email, username, profile information) at signup.

2. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Payment data is handled by the processor under PCI-DSS standards. We store only transaction references (order and payment IDs) needed to reconcile tips. Direct UPI payments made via a creator's QR code happen entirely outside our systems and are not recorded by us at all.

3. What Is Public

The name you enter, your message, and the tip amount are displayed publicly: on the creator's page, on their livestream overlay, and in supporter leaderboards. Use any name you like — fan flows require no account.

4. Cookies

We use cookies solely to maintain creator login sessions. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

Tip records are retained as the financial ledger of the platform. To access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information (including opted-in email addresses), contact us at help@utips.co.in. We may disclose information if required by law.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page.
