Refund & Cancellation Policy

All transactions are final. Please read this policy before sending a tip.

1. No Refunds Once a Transaction Completes

Tips are voluntary contributions paired with a digital service: the secure processing of your payment and the real-time delivery of your name and message to the creator. Because this service is consumed instantly at the moment of the transaction, a completed transaction is final — it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded, and no refund may be requested for a successful tip.

2. Acknowledgment at Checkout

Every tip requires you to confirm, before paying, that you understand the contribution is voluntary and non-refundable. You cannot complete a payment without this acknowledgment.

3. Blocked Messages

If your message is blocked by our content filters (hate speech, prohibited content), the payment is not refunded — the processing service has already been rendered. Violating content rules does not create a right to a refund.

4. No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid transactions. Chargeback abuse ("friendly fraud") results in a permanent platform ban and may be reported to payment networks.

5. Accidental Transactions

Verify the amount and message carefully before paying; we cannot reverse typing errors. For genuine technical errors (e.g. a double charge from a system glitch), contact help@utips.co.in with the payment reference ID and we will investigate.

6. Creator Discretion

Any goodwill refund is solely at the creator's discretion and occurs outside this platform.
